I’ve been using Somerset Real Estate Property Management for over a year to look after my flats in London, and I’m very satisfied with their professional and reliable service. A special thanks to Benjamin, who has handled every detail with care — coordinating maintenance appointments, attending the property himself, opening and locking up for contractors, checking everything is completed properly, and even switching off the heaters and hot water when I leave and turning them back on before my arrival. His dedication has given me real peace of mind. I also appreciate Philippa, the Managing Director, for tailoring a package to my exact needs and for her professionalism throughout. Their regular visits — checking the post, testing lights, flushing toilets, adjusting the A.C., and ensuring no issues are overlooked — along with their friendly attitude make all the difference.
