David’s broad career in construction and property spans across several decades.
David is a successful Managing Director and is highly regarded within the industry.
As a Chartered Surveyor, he understands the industry inside out, with substantial in depth knowledge of property, construction and legal issues.
The majority of David's experience has been working on and around luxury property, both in the UK and abroad.
PHILIPPA SOMERSET
Managing Director
Philippa has a wealth of experience working in luxury property management, with a clear understanding of the requirements for ultra-high net worth individuals. Philippa has grown Somerset Estates after seeing the challenges faced by Clients with super prime property.
Philippa leads the team to provide an impeccable and personal service built on attention to detail, trust and excellence.

LISA GASKIN
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, Lisa's primary role is to provide strategic operational management, whilst managing multiple areas of day-to-day business including compliance, accounting and human resources.
With over 15 years' experience of working within a wide scope of industries,
Lisa implements and delivers efficient processes and training at Somerset Estates to ensure that growth is retained and an unrivalled service is always provided to clients.
KRISTIS DORITIS
Senior Property Manager
As Senior Property Manager, Kristis oversees all property-related activities in the Somerset Estates portfolio.
Kristis has over five years’ experience in the luxury residential industry and holds a Masters degree in Real Estate. He is known for his excellent ability to troubleshoot and his dedication to providing service of the highest quality to our clients.
Kristis also acts as a contract administrator on numerous prestigious projects in London.
DANIEL CREED
Property Account Manager
Daniel is a Property Account Manager, coordinating household and property management requirements for prime residences across central and north London.
Daniel joined Somerset Estates with more than 20 years’ experience in managing the fabric and functionality of buildings as well as serving the needs of their owners.
Through Daniel’s exacting standards, his dedication and enthusiasm, clients can benefit from a seamless enjoyment of their properties.
KIT VIGUS
Lead Maintenance Technician
Kit’s ability to provide a wide range of maintenance and repairs services, both large and small, has proved invaluable to our clients.
Kit’s key strengths lie in his ability to respond and resolve emergencies as and when they arise. More significantly, to take preventative measures, including plumbing, drainage, water filtration, irrigation, landscaping and handyman tasks, before the problems themselves occur.

With over 14 years’ experience in strategic marketing partnerships, media campaign planning and luxury brand management, Mark has co-created award-winning work for global brands.
Responsible for the Somerset Estates marketing and communications strategy and the overall brand and image, he is on a mission to ensure the company is both relevant now and set up for the future.
